Spotlight on...Lyanno

Latin urban artist on the rise inspired by contemporary R&B stars such as Trey Songz and the Weeknd, Lyanno became one of Puerto Rico's rising artists in 2018 with featured appearances on hits including Alex Rose's "Toda [Remix]" and Ozuna's "Luz Apaga."

Edgardo Cuevas Feliciano, originally recorded as a teenager under the name Gardo. At first he chose reggaeton above all other styles. He moved into contemporary R&B-flavored material in 2015 with "Fruto Prohibido" .

The next couple of years, he continued to improve his approach with S.O.D.A. and Am, a pair of EPs loaded with ballads rooted in trap-style compositions. The releases were uncommon for their lack of guest appearances but Lyanno didn't shy away from co-starring roles.

From the moment of his artistic identity change, Lyanno has been a collaborator of renowned artists such as Mike Towers, Rafa Pabón, Bray and Farruko. In 2017 he released the song "Exclusiva" featuring with Farruko. He worked with the Los de la Nazza record label and for its part, the remix of this theme was carried out in collaboration with Chris Wandell, Rauw Alejandro and Bray.

With this simple Lyanno wanted to experiment a little more with the urban style and put aside the slow R&B style. In 2018, he made commercial headway via a remix of Alex Rose's "Toda," Ozuna's "Luz Apaga" (on which he was featured beside Rauw Alejandro), and Lunay's "A Solas."

The first of those three was particularly successful, with views of its official video reaching 500 million within a year. Lyanno made different featured presentations during 2019 and also released  "Pa' Que Vuelvas," as his come-back to reggaeton."

Lyanno wants to be heard by everyone and standing out in the Latin industry making a difference with his mark. There is no doubt, he Puerto Rican tries to combine in a balanced way his inspiration with his massive energy to deliver outstanding music.
