Ingredients
(Serves: Makes 4)
- 1 Tin (400g) condensed milk
- 12 Passionfruit
- 250ml Cream or Coconut Cream
Method
- Scrape seeds from 12 passionfruit (reserve some seeds for decoration later) and add to a small bowl or jug.
- Add condensed milk to a large bowl with coconut cream followed by passionfruit seeds.
- Blend with hand mixer or in a blender for 5 minutes until well combined.
- Strain the mixture to remove seeds and pour into ramekins.
- Leave for around 5-6 hours to set, then top with passionfruit seeds and edible flowers
