Pabellón is a Venezuelan food stall serving traditional Venezuelan dishes. Based in Lower Marsh Market since 2016, serving fresh gluten free traditional Venezuelan food. .  Pabellón is not only the name of the business but also the name of the national Venezuelan dish which consists of white rice, shredded beef, black beans and fried plantains. This husband and wife team also makes their own arepas (another Venezuelan staple a type of corn bread) prepared to order right in front of the customer and serve them with a delicious combination of slow cooked shredded beef or chicken with fresh pico de gallo salad, fried plantain, cheese and avocado.They use the highest quality ingredients, are gluten free and also offer vegan and vegetarian dishes which include fried plantain, rice,black beans slow cooked in our own sauce, avocado and fresh salad.
