Paladar means ‘palate’ and for us it’s all about ‘taste’. Step through our doors and let us take you on a journey through an array of Latin American flavours.

Enjoy matching our tasty sharing plates with the outstanding wines that have been handpicked by our sommelier or be inspired by our bar staff, who delight in mixing cocktails from our range of premium Latin American spirits.

Our location at St George’s Circus is a short walk from Elephant & Castle, Waterloo and Southwark tube stations and are within easy reach of the City and the West End.

Join us for a weekday business lunch, a romantic candlelit dinner, a celebration meal or simply drinks and light bites at the bar with friends. During the summer our courtyard garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some ‘alfresco’ drinks, lunch or dinner – a hidden secret!

For that really special dining experience, book our ‘Chef’s Table’ in the Bodega where you can watch the chefs working in the kitchen. Or just drop in during the day for a coffee… freshly ground Latin American beans of course!
